Hello,
I am having problems activating a purchased license. Error message: "There has been a licensing problem. Engine could not be installed. (-2003)." This appears after I key in the ID and Licoense number, which I am certain is valid as testing on other computers worked fine. Would be great if someone could help me! Thanks. Here are my specs - Intel Mac Pro - Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 - Quicktime v7.6.4 - F4M Pro HD 2.3.0.14 |

I've got something to send you that might fix it.

Hi CraigS,
Thanks for the quick response. I tried the Telestream Licensing installer you sent but got the same response. Repeated this several times. Is there anything else we could try? Thanks, Anna |

Try deleting
Mac HD/Library/App Support/MindVision folder and then try again. ------------------------- CraigS Telestream Desktop Forum Moderator |

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply. I tried that but it didn't work too. (delete Mindvision Folder, empty trash, Install Telestream Licensing, attempting license registration) Wonder if I am doing anything wrong? I have not restarted the computer at any point. Thanks again, Anna |

I'm having the same problem. I installed Sorenson Squeeze 4.5 onto my MacBook Pro and am trying to activate the Flip4Mac plug in. Did the Mindvision folder delete thing, no dice.
-MacBook Pro 2.5 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo -4 GB RAM -OSX 10.5.8 -QT 7.6.4 Thanks! Matt |

Annac, do reboot after deleting Mindvision folder.
matt2k, try activating from Flip4Mac PrefPane first rather than inside Squeeze. ------------------------- CraigS Telestream Desktop Forum Moderator |

Hi CraigS,
Sorry for such late replies. I tried rebooting but it still doesn't work. I've also noticed that clicking "Purchase License" generates the same error message. Any suggestions? Thanks, Anna |

Go to Macintosh HD/ Library/Frameworks
and delete EWSMac folder(s) There's a nasty problem with certain old info that prevents the new "engine" from installing. Sorry this is so frustrating. Reboot. Try again. ------------------------- CraigS Telestream Desktop Forum Moderator |
