OS: Snow Leopard 10.6.1
QT: Quick Time Player Pro 7.6.3
F4M: Studio Pro HD 2.3.0.14

After installing and confirming all registrations, etc... I opened an MP4 file in QT (it played fine), and tried to export it to WMV.

Unfortunately, the export option "Movie to Windows Media" was not listed. I have tried reinstalling F4M but to no avail.

Any other suggestions?

Are you sure you're opening QT 7.6.3 and not QT X?

If you're in QT 7.6.3, try trashing both your Quicktime and Flip4Mac preferences and rebooting.

BTW even the free player would have that option so it wouldn't be any kind of license issue.
