Is there any way to do this?

It'd be easier to have this program go down a line of videos in order or batch, so no operator is needed for a while, than combine hours of video in a program and output as a titan file for Wirecast.

If this can be done, it'd be excellent. Any help? Thanks!

Are you referring to "playlist?"
A third party created Wirecast Scheduler. Scroll down this list.

also see this thread. There is another one in progress.

Revisiting to add to this...

I found that CamTwist does this extremely well.

CamTwist has a "movie" source setting which allows a broadcaster to set a playlist of videos and have then play through Wirecast. It also allows for repeating one or all, speeding or slowing the video, and setting volume. It also gives all the other effects over top, like RSS crawls and clocks and so forth.

CamTwist does everything for Wirecast which I felt was missing from Wirecast, aside from keystroke navigation of shots and layers (beyond what you have so far). Together, the two programs make a lush broadcasting suite!

I like using CamTwist with Wirecast as well.
For those reading this, Wirecast sees CamTwist as a source just like it sees its own Desktop Presenter.
That allows you to do all sorts of interesting things with CamTwist's features that will feed right into Wirecast.

Can you fill out this form and link to this forum thread so you don't have to retype. There's information in this thread that may inspire the developers.
