Hi,
MacBook 2.4GHz running OS 10.5.8 Have repaired disk permissions, no other apps running, Airport turned off, only one Screenflow project open. When I try to Save or Save As, anywhere on my computer, regardless of filename, regardless of scratch disk location, I receive the error: 'The document "5MinuteVideo1" could not be saved. Screenflow encountered and internal validation error preventing it from saving the document. Please try undoing your recent actions and then contact technical support with this message.' I tried undoing several steps (maybe 10) but to no avail. I even tried deleting the single Wave file I'd imported (since everything else in the doc was captured in Screenflow). I also tried copying everything from the timeline and pasting it into another doc. I could not save the other doc either. I tried making a new recording (so I'd have a new doc), and when I stopped recording and chose "create a new document," I received a Runtime Error "Screenflow has detected a Runtime Error that can effect its ability to continue." I was really trying to finish this project tonight, but it appears I am far beyond screwed. Hoping for help that will minimize the chances of this happening in the future. Thanks! |

Try reseting your scratch disk and make sure you're saving to your boot drive.
Also Repair Disk Permissions and reboot. Post back if that helps. We have some saving issues that we'll have a fix out for shortly. ------------------------- CraigS Telestream Desktop Forum Moderator |
