I have bought screenflow in the second half of September 2009, with the idea of using it as a mathematics lecture capturing system. After contacting the e-mail support, I still cannot figure out whether we are entitled or not to a free upgrade.
On your web-page the following sentence could be found, some time ago: Orders placed from now until the V2.0 release will receive the upgrade for FREE. Everyone purchasing or upgrading to V2.0 before 12/31/09 will also receive a FREE copy of Flip4Mac WMV Studio (a $49 value). [cf. the following post: http://forum.telestream.net/fo...catid=42&threadid=3362] Now that sentence cannot be found, but the questions are still there: if I bought some licenses on September 22, 2009, will I receive the upgrade for free or not? And, how can I safely downgrade to the 1.5 version? I have contacted the desktop support, but as far as today I have only received two semi-automatic messages, stating that I purchased my ScreenFlow license before November 17, 2008, which is false. And, anyway, they did not address my questions, so I will repeat them here, if it will be of any use: #1. The first question is whether as recent customers we are entitled or not to a free upgrade, considering the *correct* purchase date (Sepember 2009), and not the *wrong* purchase date ("before November 17, 2008"). #2. The second question is how to safely and quickly downgrade the software to V1.5, in the case the answer to question #1 is negative. Furthermore, will there be upgrades to the 1.5 branch? Is it possible to skip the upgrade to 2.0 but keep automatic upgrade downloading for the 1.5 branch? Thank you very much, dlf |

Send me your purchase info via forum private message info and I'll take care of getting you the upgrade stuff you need.

Please cancel my support request of 11/2/2009. In fact, a message with the upgrade code was sent on Oct. 24, and took some days to reach me today (entirely my fault: but how the desktop support did not know about it?). Thank you, dlf
