Could anyone tell me at what frame rate ScreenFlow captures at? I'm wondering if it will be able to capture Flash movies running at 24 or 30fps.

Thanks

Screenflow captures at 30fps as far as what one sees in the timeline. it'll have no problem capturing a file running at lower frame rates though.

I'm actually interested in this too - I'm capturing 3D game stuff that's running in a game engine at 40+fps.. would that explain why it looks stuttering when I look at the capture despite it seeming smooth at the time?

These is a very old thread. I wouldn't assume it's accurate for the current version.
If you're having a problem please read READ BEFORE POSTING near the top of this forum and include all the details.
Many people use ScreenFlow for game capture without issue.
